Welcome to The Robot Studio (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before booking our humanoid robot rental services.

1. Services Provided

We provide humanoid robot rentals for events such as conferences, weddings, product launches, and private parties. Each rental includes the presence of a trained technician to operate and oversee the robot during the event.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

   

• Final payment is due before or on the day of the event.

   

• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, or other payment methods as agreed in advance.

   

3. Rental Period

• Standard daily rental includes up to 8 hours of event presence.

   

• Hourly rentals are available at $350/hour (minimum booking applies).

   

• Additional hours beyond agreed rental time may incur extra fees.

   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may qualify for a partial refund of the deposit.

   

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

   

• Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

   

5. Service Area

We currently serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Requests outside this region may be accommodated with additional travel fees.

6. Responsibilities & Limitations

• The robot is designed for interactive demonstrations such as handshakes, waves, claps, walking, and basic voice commands.

   

• The robot should not be handled by guests unless supervised by the technician.

   

• The Company is not liable for damages or disruptions caused by misuse, unsafe conditions, or interference outside of our control.

   

7. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for the robot and technician.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
