Our Robot Just Got a New Face – And It’s Alive!
At The Robot Studio, we’re always finding new ways to make our humanoid robots more interactive and exciting. And now, thanks to a brand-new update, our Unitree G1 has a digital face screen with animated expressions.
This isn’t just a cosmetic change – it makes the robot feel alive. The eyes move constantly, giving a sense of personality and presence that takes guest interaction to the next level.
Halloween Mode and Beyond
The first setting we tested was a playful “Halloween face” – glowing eyes that follow the room with an almost cartoon-like charm. But that’s just the start. The robot’s screen can display multiple settings and animated expressions, making it adaptable to the mood of your event.
Imagine Benji with curious, blinking eyes that look around the room, or Gigi with softer, animated expressions that match her female voice. These subtle touches make the robot much more relatable and fun for guests.
Why This Matters for Events
-
More Personality – Animated eyes bring warmth and humor.
-
Better Guest Reactions – People instantly connect when they feel “seen.”
-
Themed Customization – Match the face to the season, your brand, or the event vibe.
-
Social Media Ready – Guests love filming a robot that seems to have a mind of its own.
Benji and Gigi, Upgraded
Both Benji (our standard male-voiced persona) and Gigi (the female-voiced version with wig and styling) benefit from this update. The face screen makes each persona more believable, fun, and interactive.
Whether it’s a conference, wedding, expo, or party, this new feature guarantees even more attention – and more unforgettable memories.
